Custom Extrusions
Our standard PVC sleeving is as shown on the data sheet covers the normal requirement for standard applications. However we can produce other inside diameters and alternative wall thicknesses, often from existing tooling. If we do not have tooling in our factory we would be pleased to quote the extra cost involved. If you require less than our minimum extrusion quantity for prototype work we are happy to quote a setting up charge for an initial trial run.

We are able to design and produce profiles and cross head oversheathings of wire and cable and have facilities to cut and print if required.
Profiles and medical extrusions are amongst our current range and although we concentrate on flexible products we are able to produce small bore items in rigid PVC.
Many products now need to be packaged for the end user and we are happy to quote for supplying in coils, lengths, bags or boxes and can usually meet your labeling requirements, including barcodes.

- PVP Polyurethane varnished polyester heat resisting sleeving rated 130C
- PVG Polyurethane varnished glass heat resisting sleeving rated 155C
- AGS Heat Resisting Acrylic Coated Glass Braid rated 155C with a dielectric strength of 3.0 kV
- ESG Heat Resisting Epoxy Saturated Glass braid is rated at 400C.
