Birch Valley Plastics is an independent manufacturing company started in 1983 and is at the forefront of Heat Shrinkable and Insulating Tubing manufacture, operating from our own modern, purpose-built 20,000 sq. ft. facility.

We are approved agents for the Jones Stroud range of Vidaflex heat resistant sleevings. Our extruded products include PVC, Nylon, Polythene, Elastomers, PTFE, EVA, Polypropolene and Thermoplastic rubbers

A range of PVC, Earth and Halogen free sleeving is now in our online store at www.bvponline.co.uk as well as silicone, PTFE, spiral binding. In the Heatshrink range on www.bvponline.co.uk is Polyolefin, Dual wall, Low smoke, Kynar,as well as PVC shrink sleeving.

We specialise in extruding flexible insulation sleeving and heat shrinkable sleeving and since 2011 have been producing small bore PTFE tubing.

If a standard sleeving is not suitable, please bear in mind that we are extremely flexible and can, in most cases, tailor a product to your exact needs. We also extrude or source many other materials and suggest that if you cannot see them mentioned you contact us.

In these days of low stocks and just in time manufacturing, we fully understand the need for a fast and reliable delivery and we will always try to alter our production schedules to accommodate an urgent demand. All UK despatches from BVP are by next day carrier.
